Requests for a charge point keep arriving and the electrical supply is the limit. Revtek and Schuurman Technology supply the chargers, the cabling, the sharing of the available power, plate-controlled access to the charging zone and the monthly billing per resident. One quote for the board, one point of contact afterwards.

The first three charge points still fit on the supply. By the fourth request nobody knows whether it can be done, and a supply upgrade costs tens of thousands.
A petrol car in the charging bay, an EV that finished hours ago, a guest taking a resident's space. The board gets the emails and nobody can enforce anything.
The electricity runs through the building's meter. Who charged how much, at what rate, and how does that land fairly in the service charge? A spreadsheet cannot keep up.
The resident requests charging access with their licence plate. The board approves in the dashboard, the plate goes onto the charging zone list, and the ANPR camera opens the barrier or bollard for that car. The available power is shared live across the cars charging at that moment.
Every session is recorded against the plate. At the end of the month the resident sees usage and amount on WhatsApp, and Revtek collects it via Mollie on behalf of the building. The board gets a per-resident overview for the accounts and the residents' meeting.
The available power is shared across the cars that are charging. More charge points on the same supply, without tripping the main fuse.
Only cars with charging access enter the zone. An ANPR camera at the zone entrance drives the barrier or bollard and records who was there and when.
A rate per kWh, set by the board. Monthly collection per resident, credited to the building's account. No spreadsheet, no argument at the meeting.
When charging stops, the resident gets a message after a configurable time asking them to free the bay. If the car stays, an hourly rate can start.
If there are more requests than bays, the system keeps the order by the rule the board chooses: request date, flat, or a key of your own.
Usage per resident, occupancy of the charging zone, peak load and cost per month. Exportable for the accounts and the managing agent.
Schuurman Technology, our permanent installation partner, handles the site survey, the chargers, the cabling and the ANPR camera at the charging zone. We work with chargers that support the open OCPP protocol, such as Alfen and Zaptec, so the building is not tied to one supplier.
Already have chargers? Then we connect to them and add the management, the charging zone and the billing. Maintenance falls under the service level the building chooses.
We measure the available capacity, look at the cable routes to the parking spaces and the position for the camera at the entrance to the charging zone.
How many charge points fit on the current supply, what an upgrade would cost, and what the building pays per month. One document for the meeting.
Chargers, cabling, distribution board and camera are fitted and connected to the Revtek platform. Any supply upgrade is arranged with the network operator.
Residents request charging access via WhatsApp, the board approves, and from the first month the billing runs automatically.
