Revtek supplies the platform and installs it too. The survey, the cameras, the cabling, the link to your access control system and the maintenance afterwards all run through us. You do not have to find an installer, and nobody can point at another supplier when something stops working.
We arrange the installation as well, in all four of our territories.

Every subscription includes remote support during business hours. For sites where a fault costs money or blocks access straight away, you can extend the contract to a fixed on-site response time.

Response times apply within our operating territories and start from the moment a fault is reported on a working day. In Germany we agree the response time per site, because travel distances vary widely between regions.
