FAQ

Everything you need to know

No. You pay a fixed monthly subscription per location — there are no extra monthly costs per camera. Each camera we install carries a one-time installation fee, but after that it is fully covered under your subscription.

Not necessarily. Revtek works directly with existing cameras from Axis, Hikvision, Bosch, Hanwha, Dahua and other common brands, and with Paxton Net2, Paxton10 or Salto KS access systems. If you already have this equipment, one-time costs are minimal. If you have nothing yet, we supply and install everything including the on-site hardware.

Yes. All subscriptions run monthly and can be cancelled with one month's notice. There is no minimum contract term. We do recommend factoring in your onboarding and installation investment.

Each location has its own subscription. Through the central Revtek dashboard you can view all locations with a single login. Contact us for volume pricing at three or more locations.
