Website visitors start a conversation in the webchat. Revtek seamlessly continues the conversation in WhatsApp — so the contact stays warm even when the visitor leaves the page. The AI handles follow-up questions, schedules appointments or hands the lead to your sales team.
Members check in with a QR code received via WhatsApp. Revtek syncs membership status from Virtuagym with the access control at the entrance. New member active in Virtuagym? Access follows automatically. Expired membership? Door stays shut.
Technician receives a fault ticket via WhatsApp, including a photo, location description and time-limited access code for the room. After completion they send back a proof photo. Customer automatically receives an update. No separate app, no portal.
